1. Limited Service Verses Full Service
The Limited Service Program is a huge Success for those who understand the power of the MLS & internet. With this program your property is listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) plus HomesdataBase.com (consumer side of MLS) Realtor.com, Homes.com, VirginiaBuyersAndSellers.com, and Craig’s List. All sites have exterior and interior photos. You get a customized email link to the listing and we provide you with a For Sale Sign, Lockbox, Brochure Box, and 50 Brochures. This one time Flat Fee is only $995. No Local Real Estate Company will provide this service.
2. $1995 “ Paperwork Only”
This "paperwork only" program is very popular with For-Sale-By-Owner sellers. Under this program you are doing your own advertising, taking the phone calls from buyers, and showing your home yourself. You only need help with the paperwork and closing portion of the sale. If so, this program is for you. After you find the buyer, we take it from there. Including writing the contract agreement, helping your buyer obtain financing, supervise the closing process, working with the appraiser, inspectors, and attorneys. I think you will agree this is a very reasonable fee to help insure your sale closes smoothly.
3. $2995* “Direct-To-Buyer”™ Marketing Program
This program offers the benefits of working with a full time, professional REALTOR® in the marketing of your home directly to buyers. We assist you in selling your home by advertising your home on various websites, provide signs, lockbox, brochures, brochure box, weekly market updates for your area, qualify the Buyer, show your home, do buyer follow up calls, help you negotiate the contract, schedule inspections, appraisal and do everything necessary to assure a smooth closing. The Flat Fee is as low as $2995* and of course you only pay us when the home sells! Homes listed under this program are not placed in MLS.
4. “MLS FOR LESS” ® Marketing Program
"MLS for Less!"® Marketing program includes all the services of our “Direct-To-Buyer” marketing program plus the expansion of our marketing efforts to include the MLS which markets to 11,300 + agents of the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®. In addition to placement of your home in the MLS it will also appear on the popular REALTOR.com, HomesDataBase.com & HOMES.com websites. As well as Zillow.com & CraigsList.com. The total commission is only an additional 3% to the Buyers agent. If one of our agents at Assist 2 Sell,Buyers & Sellers Realty Inc.sells your home, then the total commission will only be the low flat fee.
